Choking Toby

We had had one of those days as Toby is having anger issues which I hink are related to his stutter but we really aren't sure.
He had been made to stay with Craig while I took the other two to the cinema to see Rise of the Guardians with Nicky the Nurse and then go to the sea life centre.
He even got sent to Tracey's for an hour while Craig went into work. He seemed almost apologetic and Craig had convinced him to be Good Toby not Bad Toby.
The day before I had made a donation to Millie's Trust, a charity to raise awareness of first aid for kids after parents lost their baby girl at 9 months at the local nursery. I This was the first time I had done this and hadn't told Craig as thought he would say I was being ridiculous
Toby and me were having a cuddle on the sofa and Craig had given him a twenty pence piece as a reward for tidying up. I told him at least twice to take it out of his mouth.
Next thing he is choking and then over my knee with me hitting his back to try to dislodge the coin.The other 2 are screaming. I tell Craig to call 999. There is blood all over the carpet. He calls 9 and the coin flies out.
A moment I never want to relive.
Toby says 'I would have missed you if I had died , Mummy.'
James says ' I don't want Toby to die, I need him too much.'
James, 'But Mummy , when we had chicken pox, I was the worst!'
